Items Needed:
- Small Metal Tool or Paperclip
- Fully Charged Battery
- 91% Isopropyl Alcohol
- Cotton Swabs
- Paper Towels
Step 1: Unscrew the HuniTip from the Huni Badger. Excess residue can make the HuniTip difficult to remove.
Step 2: Lightly coat paper towel with isopropyl alcohol to wipe the outer wall and threads clean.
Step 3: Screw the HuniTip back in.
Step 4: Turn the Huni Badger on with 5 clicks & let it run for a full cycle (60 seconds). Allow enough time for the HuniTip to cool down.
Step 5: Carefully scrape the inside of the HuniTip to loosen and remove the carbon buildup. Be careful not too far as this could damage the internal connecting points.
Step 6: Soak a cotton swab in isopropyl alcohol and wipe off excess. Insert the cotton swab into the HuniTip and slowly twist to clean the walls. Repeat as needed until HuniTip is clean.
Step 7: Turn the Huni Badger on with 5 clicks again and burn-off the residual isopropyl alcohol. While the Huni Badger HuniTip heats up, you may be able to see the carbon burning off of the ceramic. Keeping your HuniTips maintained will keep your Huni Badger working effectively!

Hey there, 1st I love your product. I use it all the time to take my medicine. I am having an issue with your hi temp tips. Everytime I clean them using the alcohol , it seems that it weakens them and they break within a few days. I was buying them from Keepin it Glassy in pittsburgh pa. I asked the owner (who uses and has one) and he told me to reach out to you guys! I just ordered 2 tips from your web site to see if there is a difference. Please let me know if you have any suggestions!! I'm going thru a tip about every 6 to 8 weeks. Please let me know Tom

Hello, I think i suck too hard on the huni badger and the clog is in the main body. I took apart the ceramic piece and everything is pretty clean already. Should i be able to see through daylight through the whole thing? If i need to clean the actual video you don't show how to clean the inside body.

The gunk in the ceramic tip can be heated up to carbonize, then scrapped off with the included dab tool. The stainless steel airway can be cleaned with the included pipe cleaner and ethanol or isopropyl alcohol.
How's far is to far?
Reply by Huni Badger:
The two points where the wires connect to the ceramic tube of the HuniTIp inside the airway would be too far.
